Consultants' Report

Consultants' Report of (name of your country here). Team hired based on TOR (150 points)

For this assignment you have to use the second Wiki Space “country-consult”, (i.e. if you are the consultant for China the page will be “china-consult-fall17”). During week 5 you will receive an invitation from the Professor to join your Consult Wikis.

You will develop a report to respond to the TOR for a specific country. The report represents a potential major “Development Grant Project” supported by one of the major Development Banks that is part of the Health Sector Reform currently going on in the country that hired you as a consultant.

A detailed outline including headings and specific length of each one is included here so you can copy it to the Wiki space of your specific country. All other members of the class need to check all the reports at least once a week before the “Global Healthcare Management Assembly Symposium” that will start on week 11. By the end of week 10 all countries should have a "Complete Draft Consultant Report" available for review. The final report of each country consultancy will be available for all to review in the Wiki before each country’s presentation and discussion (see course schedule for details). When there are several members in the consulting team, then all the members of the consultant team must write and contribute to develop this report in the Wiki.

The Primary Consultant will be responsible for updating the Report in the Wiki using the results of the country discussion after the week that your specific country is discussed and then submitting the final Consultancy Report for grading on the “Assignments” tool as a word document attachment.

If there are other Consultant(s) is/are responsible to coordinate the discussion in the Discussion Board during the week assigned for your country and to post on the WebCourses discussion board the summary of the discussion by Sunday at 11 PM of that week.

Below is the outline and guideline for the consulting report sections: (Please follow the instructions in parenthesis for the length of each section. The wiki doesn't provide a word count, so more or less there are 18 words per line. The total length of this paper should be around 135-150 Wiki lines, or 2400-3000 words or 6-8 pageswith the format indicated in the course protocols. In the Wiki you will have at different times of your report development different lengths of a draft document and the number of words is only a reference for you to facilitate your final edition. The paper in Word that you will submit will be 8-10 pages long including the cover page and the final page for references.)
